Again, another great job on my fundraiser/promotion. This has been the 4th year and your company has been exceptional to work with. The bobble head has always been great and this year is no exception. You're always priced very reasonably. The people who see my bobblehead rave about the exact likeness of me in each of the versions. They have never seen a bobblehead with such likeness of the person as you have been able to do. Time frame has always been great. Customer service is the best !!!!! I always forward your name and details to others who ask and there has been a few. I don’t know if any have acted on it or not .
There have been a few ideas floating around already but we got time. next year is an election year for me so being a moderate /conservative Democrat we have a group of us called Blue Dog Democrats so been thinking about me walking, back in a suit, carrying my briefcase in a legislative looking way, walking a Blue Bulldog on a leash !!!!! just an idea so far !!!!

This was a promotional product but I also want to sell it retail in my store. The Dot character is a big part of my advertising and image and I wanted to put a face to the voice. I think the main reason I went with Binkley is because of the fact that I could get as few as 250 pieces. although I ended up ordering 500 as it wasn't a huge price difference. Plus, I didn't feel the 300.00 prototype charge was excessive. In fact, I thought it was very inexpensive for the amount of work done to get the first Dot.
I can't believe how close you came to my Dot character. Perfect. You beat all timelines quoted. Very pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend you. Excellent.

Hey Mel!
This toy was a promotional item, we are launching a new data base and are sending out bobbleheads of tommy the manager of the new database. Binkley seemed to have the faster production time then most, and the prices were reasonable. Our bobblehead is an extremely close likeness to tommy, they look great. The production time although it was fast for the type of custom project that it was, I wish it could be somehow rushed along. You were great as my project manager, Mel, you were super helpful with any questions we had reagarding time lines and status of production. I really appreciated the fact that you emailed me weekly to let me know the status of our order. Didn’t have any problems!

Hey, Joanna I just wanted to say Thanks, everything went great. We made these bobbleheads for "Colin and Justin's Home Heist" tv show. It was for a press kit being sent out to media in support of our new television series launch. A colleague had your contact info on hand – not sure where she got the info from. The likeness to our celebrities was Very close – great resemblance. This has been a great way to generate buzz about our personalities and well-known public figure. Would absolutely use Binkley again.

We are using this project as a fund raiser for the Worth - Ridge Panther Youth Football Program. We wanted to offer an unique yet valuable item. I did a search on line...and loved your website. It was easy to maneuver, and pricing was very fair.
You produced exactly what we wanted. The doll is adorable and we believe will accomplish our goals. The time from the first email to delivery was perfect. I was always informed on where we stood with the project and never was taken by surprise.

The end of this project makes me ask...So, what other neat things can we begin working on for next years promotional budget? I got this made as a sales tool. My thought was that customers would display bobbleheads like they do vendor caps and we (CSI) would stay on their mind. The main reason I chose you is because the custom look is what we needed.
The look of it was better than expected. Your customer service was great, they even put up with me as I e-mailed every week with date of arrival.
When can we do this again, I would definitely do business again.

I have to say the experience with Binkley Toys in the whole process was a real pleasure. You showed great professionalism from the time of concept to the final delivery. I could not be more pleased of the final product. The "Chuck Doll" was a huge hit and was the center of attention for the whole party.
I honestly wasn't expecting the level of quality that was turned out by your company. The finished product is a small work of art that I and many others will cherish and enjoy for years to come.

We purchased the Indiana Tech Bobblehead to sell at homecoming and in the campus gift shop, and to use as gifts for alumni and guests.
The bobblehead you made was extremely close to what we wanted. Co-workers have commented on how much better your bobbleheads look compared to others that are plastic and less detailed. You were always on time at each stage. Superb. Always responsive and helpful. A+. Joanna and the formal outline made the process very easy to understand. Being able to email my Photoshop corrections was nice because it resulted in getting exactly what we wanted.
